What happens next?
From the second year, the registered agent must be renewed. The Speed LLC maintenance subscription costs €199 per year and covers that renewal, monitoring of your legal deadlines and access to the assistant.
Optional subscription, no automatic renewal. You may also renew the agent yourself directly with the provider.
Pricing questions
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price shown includes the New Mexico Secretary of State fee ($50) and the first year of registered agent service. The only later cost is the annual registered agent renewal, which is mandatory whichever route you take — including if you form the LLC yourself.
What if my name is rejected?
If the Secretary of State rejects your company name, we file your alternate name at no extra cost. If a file cannot proceed, any state fee not yet incurred is refunded in full.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, SEPA transfer, iDEAL and Bancontact, through our payment provider. Payments are secure and we store no card data.
Is VAT applicable?
The VAT treatment depends on your country of residence and our status. The exact amount, VAT included, is shown on the payment page before you confirm.
